Rental fees are payable in 3 installments. The payment schedule is structured so that once a fee is paid, it is non-refundable.

We try to keep the costs down by avoiding cleaning expenses. If you leave the venue clean, then you won't be charged for any cleaning. If your group is not able to take on the cleaning, we will handle it for you and deduct the cost of cleaning from the deposit. This is all spelled out in the rental contract.

Larger Events. Some events will be subject to an additional Impact Fee; this allows us to cover some of the indirect costs that we incur when a larger group uses the venue.
